You and your calendar in the SPC, we’re going to go to our left hand navigation menu, choose calendar and select view calendar. We have multiple different views. We have our day view, our week view and our month view. And we also have filters at the top here. So I like to sort my appointment intervals by 60 minutes. That way I can see my day just a little bit better. We can start by location if you have more than one, we can start by provider and we can also sort by groups and I’ll show you why that’s important in just a moment.
So in addition to our debut, our week view and our month view, we also have staff and agenda view. So for example here I’m going to select staff. I can see exactly what my staff member schedules look like today. I can choose a different day of the week by selecting this calendar icon and choosing a different day.
If I want to jump to today, I can simply click on today and today will pop up for me. And this is where our group views really come in handy here. So if I just want to see what my estheticians are up to, I can simply click on aesthetician view and I can see what Jamie and Rachel are up to today. If I just wanted a view of my doctors, I can select doctor view and just view my doctor’s schedules for today. These group views are entirely customizable. We can edit and change these at any time. We can add more staff members, or if you want to create an entirely different view, we can go ahead and do that too. And we’ll dive into this when we discuss the configuration of the calendar.
The next few we’re taking a look at is our agenda view. When I choose to view my agenda, I can see all my appointment details under event details. I can see the patient’s name, the appointment type. So in this case was a new patient consultation. What she’s interested in discussing, so dermal fillers and PRP, she’s coming to talk to Dr April Linden. She’s checked in, she’s in the Orlando Office and she’s waiting in the reception area.
