Consults scheduled is the status used for a prospect that has scheduled a consultation unable to contact is used for prospects who have not been able to reach a one to lead in the database. You can a separate automation to keep in touch with these prospects for future services. And this can also be reviewed as part of the pipeline management regarding food, the status unable to contact. It’s also a great tool for marketing analysis. Now keep in mind the number of patient is in the new opportunity group.
