The first one we’re going to take a look at is considering a consultation.
This status is used for prospects that you’ve already had a conversation, whether verbally or electronically, and they are so researching their possibilities. Let’s select the title of this email under the dropdown on the top right where it says summer report and choose message preview. Here we can see that we have four emails. The first one says thank you for your time. It’s sending immediately. We can click on that small arrow to the left of this subject to view if the email looks like our next email. If we scroll down here is thinking of you and it’s being sent three days later. Again, we can select that small carrot to be what this email looks like. The third email being sent is valuable information for you to consider and this is being sent automatically seven days later and the last one in this email campaign is we would love to hear from you and this being said, 17 days later, again, we can click on these small arrows, the CMS preview.
Now let’s go back to our system emails by coming over to our marketing tab, your left navigation menu and under email marketing you can see where it says campaigns. Let’s click on that again. We’re going to filter by type, which is system, and now let’s select consult canceled. This sale status is used for prospects that have canceled their consultation. Let’s go ahead and see the message preview. So I’m coming again to the top right hand corner where it says summary report and I’m choosing message preview here. I can see that we have one email in this email campaign. The subject is confirmation of your canceled appointment and it’s being sent immediately. So as soon as we change this status to consult canceled, they will automatically be receiving this email. And as you can see we’re pulling the information from the calendar such as the appointment date and time and the procedures. So this is all populating automatically just by changing their status to consult canceled. Now let’s take a look at console no-show. Again, we’re coming over to our left hand navigation menu. Under marketing and email marketing, we’re going to select campaigns, filter by type, which system and choose consult, no-show.
We’re coming over to our summary report, drop down and selecting message preview. And here we can see we have two emails in this campaign. Sorry, we miss you which is being sent immediately and we still need to reschedule which is being sent three days later. You can click on this small arrow again and see the information is being pulled. You can do the same by clicking on the small carrot. Next we need to reschedule and see what this email looks like as well. Now let’s take a look at two more automations. So I’m coming to the left T navigation menu under marketing. Yep, email marketing. Then recording, choose campaigns. Again, we’re going to filter by system emails and let’s find consult done. Treatment being considered. This sales status is used for prospects that completed their consultation but have not scheduled a treatment or a surgery.
Let’s go ahead and see the message preview in this dropdown we can see four emails are in this campaign. The first one, thank you for your time and consideration which is being sent immediately thinking of you which is being sent three days later. We are ready when you are being sent seven days later and 21 days later catching up again. You can click on these little carrots, the left hand side of the subject to see what each email looks like. We can use this art, the right of the email to view the entire email. We can click on the carrot again to hide the email preview. That way you don’t have to scroll any further to be the next one. Either way it’s very simple. Now our last email campaign are going to view is consult no seal. So again, let’s go to our email marketing tab and select campaigns. We’re going to filter by system emails. Let’s choose to view our consult, no sale. Let’s choose to view our message preview. And we can see here you have one email being sent immediately. So as soon as they’re being put into this statics, we’re sending an email with the subject of thank you for your time and consideration. And as we discussed, we click on that small carrot and we can view or message preview. And those are all of your automations that come with your social patient center.
