We’re excited to announce that in SPC v3.6, you now have the ability to setup and configure your very own loyalty rewards program! Reward your loyal patients by giving them rewards for every dollar spend on eligible products and services. This will allow you to automate the accumulation of loyalty rewards point that can be used against future purchases.

New Email SPC Templates
Now within the SPC, under Marketing > Email Marketing > Email Builder you can create you own campaign using sleek, ready made, high delivery email templates. We have vigorously tested these email against many email platforms to ensure they will make it into inboxes at a far higher rate than before. Discontinued Support of Original SPC Calendar
As of October 1, 2019, we will no longer support the original version of the Calendar in the SPC. If your practice is still using the old calendar (non graphical), you must move over to the new calendar by October 1st, as we will be making changes to the appointment confirmations and reminders that will no longer work on the old calendar.

Social Patient Center (SPC)
SPCM-135: A new library of pre-made email templates have been released and made available in the Email Builder.
SPCM-135: An improvement was made where social media disconnect emails only go out if the service is activated.
SPC1-912: An issue was resolved where the Sales Tax Report was not pulling through appropriate line items based on the specified date range.
SPC1-907: An issue was resolved where store credit was unavailable if the refund it was issued from was voided.
SPC1-926: An issue was resolved rewards were available across multiple clients.
SPCM-193: An issue was resolved where users were unable to merge contacts.
SPC1-892: An issue was resolved where users were unable to search for ‘Referring Patient’ and could not issue refunds using the ‘Return Items’ feature.
SPC1-893: An issue was resolved where Program Credits were not shown on the New Bill page if Rewards were not configured.
SPC1-894: An issue was resolved where users were unable to convert quoted packages into bills if they were pre-paid in full.
SPC1-895: An issue was resolved where voided bills were not being subtracted from accrued loyalty points.
SPC1-908: An issue was resolved where appointment reminders were not being sent out if the appointment type is of category ‘Minor Procedure’, ‘Procedure’, or ‘Treatment.
