Viewing your user productivity. Good. Your left hand navigation menu, scroll down, click on reports and choose user productivity. You will then be directed to this page here. You will be able to filter by staff. You can choose any of your staff members or filter by to see their conversion rates. You can select a date range, whether it’s today, yesterday, last seven days, the last 30 the last 90 et cetera. You can also use this calendar icon to choose the specific dates that you want to view. So in this case, I only want to see October 1st through 14 or if I want to view my year to date, I can select that and this data will populate for me. I can see my percentage of calls worked by a specific staff member. Seems true for my forms. I’ll also be able to see how many consults this staff member has scheduled, how many they have completed, and if they’ve been lost, whether they were canceled or were no show, same as true for procedures. I can also see my overall estimated revenue that this staff member has assigned versus my actual, I can see the total that they have quoted versus bill. If I scroll down a little bit further, I’ll be able to see something labeled contacts by sales status, and I can tell how many times this staff member has changed a patient’s sales status versus overall. So for example, here, I’m to know if they’re changing patients from new opportunity to considering consultation and onwards. And that’s how we view our crystal clear user productivity reports with two simple clicks.
