If we scroll down we can see exactly what these activities were within this specific date range. You can filter by type, so you’ve timed of different types that we can filter by if the only one of you specific actions.
So let’s go ahead and take a look at region crash hours activity. We have our case, we know who we’re looking at. You can see the scrap here. You can filter by date, filter by type. So let’s say we just want to take a look at the notes that she’s made on the contact profiles. Oh, scroll down again. Or Billy Joel, she made a note that said test for Elton John. She made a note that said, low pain tolerance. Let’s go ahead and take a look at the status changes that she’s made to the contacts in our database. Well, scroll down here. So we’re recording everything from the very, very first time at each staff member logs in. So that’s just a great way to track exactly what your staff is doing, making sure that they are being proactive, and the staff can also use this to follow up with previous activities that they have made.
