The SPCs conversion report. Scroll down in your left hand navigation menu, [inaudible] reports, and select conversion. From here you’ll be able to view your dashboard options. We can see our appointments from new leads, our procedures from new leads as well as consults from new leads. If we hover over the appointment type titles or this pie chart, we’ll be able to see the exact percentage in numbers of appointments from our new leads. For our procedures from new leads, we’ll be able to do the same thing. We can also hover over the status, whether it’s no show in progress or checked out and we’ll be able to see that percentage for our consults from new leads. Same story is true. We can hover over this pie chart to see how many appointments came from our new leads. If we scroll down, we’ll be able to see the total leads from referral source base on our filters above.
So here, if I click on referral source, I can filter by this by just choosing one. I think filter by location and I can also choose my dates. I would like to filter by. In this case, we’re only filtering by his last month. If I want to change it, simply click on this field here. I can choose today, yesterday, last seven days, last 30 90 months to date, et cetera. I can also simply click on the dates that I would like to view and then select update and this data will populate for me. If I want to choose the last 90 days, I can simply click on that date field again, click on update and voila. Also at the very top right hand corner I can select conversion report to see a drop down menu you’ve just viewed our conversion dashboard. So let’s go ahead and take a look at our opportunity conversion report.
We can filter this by date, aye provider, but patient coordinator, we want to view only calls or forms. We can filter this by equipment type by user, so any of your staff members or admins. We can choose how many entries want to view per page. Once finished, select update to view your practices data. The next report is take a look at is our call time conversion report. We will be able to filter this by the range by provider calendar, my appointment types by patient coordinator by users, so your staff and admins and we can select how many entries you want to be per page. Once done, select update and what you’ll see is a list of all your patients that have called in, how many times they’ve called in the call duration and what their status is along with a lot of other great information.
The last but not least, the report that we’re going to look at is our lead conversion source report. Again, we can select show filters to choose a date range, a referral source that you want to filter by, choose a location and of course choose how many items you want to view per page one collected click on update. Now we’re seeing our first 20 results out of 223 we can see the date, the patient’s name, their phone number, and email address, the patient’s specific location, the source, so where they’re coming from, whether it’s the website, Google, et cetera, as well as their status. So if it’s a consult dungeon of being considered consult, scheduled, new opportunity, etc. We’ll also be able to see if they’ve ever been quoting the Mount Orban build. We can export this report to Excel, PDF or print straight from the page. Let me show you what this PDF looks like. As you can see, it’s just a cleaner view of exactly what we were looking at. We have all of the same data that date, the patient’s name, the patient’s phone number, and email address, their location, their source, their status, and again, if any amount has been quoted or billed, and that concludes our conversion reports.
