To access your calendar reports go to the menu, select reports, and then choose the second option calendar reports. Once selected, you’ll be directed to this page here. You can store your filters first by date range, then by provider calendar, by location, by type of appointment. So for example, here in the SPC play sandbox, the appointment types, we have our blocked books, consultation, EAP or existing patient consultation NP for new patients. Follow up, follow up, do dominoes, post op, preop surgery, touch up appointments, treatments, and then more specifically injection treatments. We can also filter this by all of our pre-configured services. We can opt to hide all of the canceled appointments or if we want to view our canceled appointments, we can unselect this. We can group by field. So who would like to group our results by date, by provider calendar, or by location?
We can simply do so by going over here. We can select how many entries we want to view per page, whether it’s 2050 102 hundred or 500 once we’re done adding all of these filters, select update. So now I can see that I’m going to view one to 20 out of my 69 results. I can export this report to Xcel to PDF, or I can print straight from this page. And now if we scroll down, we’ll be able to view all of these appointments. We’ll have the date of each appointment, the time, the duration, the provider’s calendar that it was added on, the patient coordinator assigned the patient’s name, the location, the appointment type, and the services. So what each patient is coming in for. And then of course we have our status so you can see how many are scheduled, how many have checked in, checked out, and everything here is in real time. So if it’s in progress, we’ll also be able to view that as well. Each appointment on this report will also provide the appointment notes that we added on the appointment itself. So here I can sit the no, those added for Christy Perry has a lumpy filler from previous provider. Okay. Need dissolving. So all those notes that we added on each appointment will also be shown here. And those are your calendar reports.
