We are planning on having a system outage on Sunday November 3, from 10am till 3pm. This is an estimate for now until we do the dry run on the snapshot encryption.
During this time, the website will not be available and no services will be running.
This means
– No Email open receipts
– No Emails, texts, or social posts will go out during the outage
– Call tracking Metrics posts will not be recorded
– Inbound Forms will not be received
Let me know if there are any other concerns that we have overlooked. Please send what notices we need to, I’ll have Rick work on a banner to display the outage notice on the front screen and notifications bars within the app.
