Your SPC’s notification center. There are two different types of notifications. The first is universal, meaning they are being sent to each and every staff member at your practice, and the second is user dependent, which means only being sent to one specific staff member. To view you notifications, go to the top right hand corner of your SPC and select the white bell. You’ll see a dropdown of your five most recent notifications and select see all notifications to view all of your notifications. As you can see here, we have, when a contact has replied to a text message, which is universal, and if a contact or a prospect has submitted a form, also universal, or if a contact has been marked for view, and those are user dependent to clear your notifications, simply scroll on up. You can either click on the notification, which you’ll see is now highlighted in white rather than light gray or to mark all as read, click mark all as red. You’ll see your notification center here at the top has cleared out our orange little bubble went away and we just see this nice little outline of a bell.
