To find your monthly reports. Go to the marketing details on the top right hand corner of every page of the SPC. Scroll down to find your recent monthly reports and select whichever month you would like to view. Alternatively, go to your left hand navigation menu, select reports, and choose monthly reports. Once you selected the month, you would like to view, you can open it up in a PDF format. That’s what I’ve done here. We can see our crystal clear digital marketing report for July of 2019 this first page is gonna have an important notice along the fourth thing that this report is going to achieve. This section generically overviews the impressions and the impact of the tasks we have performed this month. The third improvements, this section will outline areas that we are focused on to improve and offers a face on things that you can do to help your practice grow as well. The fourth section is the appendices. The appendices are a powerful report to help you really dig into those details. If you would like to do note that these reports are fluid in nature and may reflect items for improvement that have either been done or being done currently by our team.
Also at this time, no detailed reporting is available for Google plus or LinkedIn because these services do not offer them quite yet, but this will change over time and more details will follow. Now let’s take a look at our tasks. These will defer month by month of course, because we are collecting real accurate data from your practice. For the sake of this report, we’re pulling this information from our crystal clear SPC. So for this one, our first task was we made 129 social media posts along your connected accounts. We published six onsite blogs on your behalf. We sent out roughly 56,000 emails with a read rate of 15.1% and a click through rate of 1% now our second section titled reach our social media reach for July was 27,479 total impressions for the month against does not include LinkedIn or Google plus. Our total unique new and returning website visitors or almost 5,000 users.
Our unique new, and we’re turning website visitors. We’re 4,905 users. This is a significant 33.8 increase from the previous month. New website visitors were 4,655 unique users, which is a 36.3 increase. So unique users are exactly that. Brand new people coming to your site. Conversions equals 380 whether they were incoming form submissions or calls coming through the call tracking number and your website during this current month, July, which is an increase of 3% the conversion percentage for the month equal to 7.7% the SEO impact points now total 18,285 which is an increase of 749 points. So as you can see we’re using the previous months report with game plan and strategize to make you more effective and more efficient for this month. Now we can see the benefit of us doing so. So each month is going to continue giving you all of this detailed information. You’ll be able to see where your increases have been, the exact percentage of each, etc.
