\Marketing groups within the SPC to view your marketing groups. Go to the left hand navigation menu, select marketing and choose marketing groups. Marketing groups are how we segment our entire patient database based on what our patients and our prospects are interested in. All of these marketing groups can be paired with email campaigns, so once we add a patient to said marketing group, they’re going to start receiving the email campaign paired with it. To add an additional marketing group, select ad group on the right hand side, typing the title of your group.
Then select save the search for marketing group, type the name in the field and click on search. Find the marketing group you would like to view such as open house September, 2019 and you’ll be able to see all of your subscribers to add additional subscribers. Click on manage subscribers, select an action add to group and you could type the email addresses and separate them by commas. The other way to add subscribers to this marketing group is from the contact profile itself. We went over that and working with the contact to change the group name. I can simply click on this dropdown where it says subscribers and choose group name. Once finished, select update group. Nice job. The group name was updated to open house September, 2019 attendees.
