To create an email campaign. You must first build a template or tip and this training video we’re going to go ahead and create one template. To do so, go to your left hand navigation menu, select marketing, then email marketing. From here we can either select the icon on the far right side where it says templates or in the lefthand navigation menu we can select templates under email marketing. To add a brand new template, we first need to copy the html data from another template and bring it over here. Once we do so, we’re going to select source, delete this information here and paste our html data. Once you’ve pasted the html, click on source again and now we can view and edit the template that we have created named this template and edit the information. So in this case I’m going to say October specials, 2019 now we need to change this phone number by clicking inside and I’m going to leave that first and last character to keep the format.

You can use any of your call tracking numbers for this and this case. I’m going to use our SPC play sandbox, oh number, delete that first and last character that we kept. Our logo looks great. We can put a text or link here and this case I’m going to write SPC, place the Inbox, so I’m keeping that first and last character again and the delete the first and last character. I can write more content in here. So again, keeping that first one last character. Now I’m ready to write my note so you can see how all of this is very customizable and a takeaway. That first and last character. Again, each promotion of course as you can change this information here, we can also alter these images by clicking on the image itself.

Come to the toolbar at the very top and find for it has a little square with a little mountain in the sun inside of it. As you hover over it, it will say image. Click on that Ben Select Brow Server. Now you can pull any image from your media library. If this were for a tummy tuck or something of the sort, I could select this image and select choose image. I want to be sure that this icon here is locked and once I’m finished I’m going to go out and click on save. If I want to make this image a little bit larger, I can click on the image again because the ratio is locked. I can change this without distorting the image. Click on save. Perfect. That looks much better and I can move onto the next promotion and the third, the fourth, etc. Here we want to make sure that all of our social media icons are linked, so in this case I want to make sure our Facebook is hyperlinked. To do so that we’ll click on this icon, make sure that your Facebook is added into this URL.

The same is true for your Twitter, your Instagram, your linkedin, and your Pinterest. We can also add links here at the very bottom. Whenever you are creating a template, be sure you have your number front and center here to have a very obvious call to action so that I’m going to have a client opens the message. They can easily be able to call you and they don’t need to scroll down to find your phone number. Once you finish editing the template, scroll down and select save template template. Created your new email template. October specials 2019 has been created.
