On November 12th, 2019 CCDM had become aware of an issue that may have affected FACEBOOK posting for our clients. We can trace this issue to a recent FACEBOOK update that was made On November 7th, 2019. While CCDM is aware of these updates that occur it is not always possible to tell how it will affect our system until the update takes place.
**This Process must be done through Facebook Business Manager, log in to your existing FACEBOOK you use to manage your business page, then go to business.facebook.com**
On November 7th, 2019 FACEBOOK made an update to the API.The API is what CCDM uses to generate posts through the Social Patient Center. This new update requires any url posted to Facebook through their API must be owned by the source posting it. This means you must verify your domain through FACEBOOK Business Manager.
