Creating a bill from the billing module. Go to your Latina navigation menu. Select Billing
and choose bills under billing. You’ll be able to see all of your bills within this specific date range. To create a new bill, go to the top right hand corner. Under marketing details and select new bill. The building will automatically populate for you. Search for the contacts name, so right click the contact and this dropdown. We can add a reference code therapize that your billing, location and place of service accurate. Assign a patient coordinator. This message to customer will appear on your receipt. You can customize it in the configuration or we can customize it just for this individual bill.
By clicking in this field here and typing away, we can also add private notes for you and your staff to view and as we scroll down, this is where we will find our billable items. We’re going to select our billing provider here for a search for item in this field. Select the item when it appears. We can also come to our item browser and this where we are able to add multiple products and services at once. I can sort my item browser by types, whether it’s a product, a service or package. I can search for any of the items, whether it’s a product, service or package and this search field over here, for example, if I want to find all the types of tiny tucks I have here, she wants a mini Tummy Tuck, so I simply select add and let’s say she’s also interested in Latisse.
