Viewing the staff and agenda view in the SPC. Go to your left hand navigation menu, select calendar, then view calendar. In addition to the day, week and month view, we also have a staff and agenda view. Now let’s take a look at our staff view. From this view, I can see my staff schedules for the day by selecting this calendar icon. I can jump to a different date. To quickly jump to today’s schedule, I can simply click on today on the right hand side, our staff use the best way to view or different groups. If I only want to view my aesthetician schedules, I can click on aesthetician view.

Now I can view a Jamie and Rachel schedules look like for today to view my doctor’s schedules, I simply click on doctor view. Now I can view my doctor’s schedules for today. These group views are entirely customizable. We can change these at any time. We can add or remove any staff members or we can create entirely new groups. We’ll dive more into this once we discuss the configuration of the calendar. The next few are taking a look at is our agenda view in our agenda view. We can see all of our appointment details under event details. We can see the patient’s name, Emma Roberts coming in for a consultation. New Patient. She’s interested in dermal fillers and PRP.
