Moving patients through the appointment statuses in the calendar. Let’s first go to our calendar, no left hand navigation menu and select view calendar. From here we’re going to view our agenda screen. As you can see, Rachel crash shower has an appointment scheduled for October 22nd at 9:00 AM a new patient consultation for dermal fillers, dr Christy Perry because he she’s scheduled right now so let’s go ahead and move her through the first status. Click on the appointment, select edit that little pen and paper tool under equipment status. Click on this field and select you checked in. Also, whenever you go into these different appointments statuses, you can also note that the patient is in no-show or if they’d canceled. So do keep this in mind and this is a great tool to utilize because we could actually for report and see all of our canceled appointments or no-shows in order to follow up with them in the near future.
Now let’s let checked in and move to our next field. From here we can choose which room we’re going to put her in. In this case, let’s select reception area. Since let’s say, and now we can see Rachel crasher is check-in who her new patient consultation with dr Christy Perry and she’s waiting in the reception area. Now let’s fast forward and put her into the injectable rule. Click on this appointment, select edit that little pen and paper tool again and under appointment status, choose in progress for the room. Let’s choose injectable room and then click on save. Now we can see Rachel crush hours appointment is in progress and she’s currently in the injectable room so you’ll be able to see all of your patients locations in your practice in real time and you could see this on every view including the day, week or month. You also, you’ll be able to view this on the staff view as well as of course this view, the agenda view. Now our next step is to change her status [inaudible] in progress to checked out. So let’s go ahead and click on me for one more time and change her appointment. Fielded checked out.

Okay, great job. Our system is very encouraging. Well, it’s important to go to the contact profile to actually change per sales status. So let’s look on this appointment again, look on Rachel fresh shower, but cooking here will be directly to her contact profile. And from here we can change your satisfy selecting edit, come down to the status field, click on this, and select treatments being considered. Once we’ve done this, be sure to save it in the top right hand corner. Now for status is labeled consult on treatment being considered, and this puts her in a new drip campaign. So she’s going to receive an email and a text and set up the text campaigns right away and follow up with her a couple of times depending on how we configure this for your practice.
